CDM-625 & CDM-625-EN Advanced Satellite Modems
The CDM-625 Advanced Satellite Modem builds on Comtech EF Data's legacy of providing the most efficient satellite modems. It is the first modem to combine advanced Forward Error Correction (FEC), such as VersaFEC® and Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codes with the revolutionary DoubleTalk® Carrier-in-Carrier®bandwidth compression allowing for maximum savings under all conditions. This combination of advanced technologies enables multi-dimensional optimization, allowing satellite communications users to:
- Minimize operating expenses (OPEX)
- Maximize throughput without using additional transponder resources
- Maximize availability (margin) without using additional transponder resources
- Minimize capital expenses (CAPEX) by allowing a smaller BUC/HPA and/or antenna

C-Band I-BUC Intelligent Block Upconverter
The IBUC carries Terrasat’s guarantee of rated output power across the operating band and specified temperature range. Unique in the IBUC are internal AGC and ALC functions to satisfy demanding applications with stringent specifications. The IBUC is manufactured in our modern Morgan Hill, CA facility to the same exacting quality processes as our PowerPlus series and OEM microwave products. Each unit undergoes rigorous testing, burnin at elevated temperature, BER, and final testing over temperature so that you are assured of a high quality, reliable product.

M700 Series OTDRs
The Noyes M700 from AFL Telecommunications is a compact, full-featured OTDR with an integrated Visual Fault Locator (VFL), an Optical Power Meter (OPM) capable of displaying up to three wavelengths simultaneously, and a large transflective touch screen display suitable for both indoor and outdoor operation. The M700 is offered in four models: 1310/1550 nm single-mode OTDR, 1310/1550/1625 nm single-mode OTDR, 850/1300/1310/1550 nm QUAD OTDR, and 850/1300/1310/1550nm Long Range QUAD OTDR.
